An UrbanAmish Affair

Last night 10tation had the pleasure of catering the UrbanAmish Interiors launch party at 86 Parliament Street. The Globe and Mail was there to cover the event.

Tiger shrimp with mango cocktail salsa

• assorted stuffed mushroom caps
• grilled cheese with raisin bread and aged cheddar
• mini tenderloin wrapped in bacon topped with black truffle mayo
  
• egglant and pine nut fritters with oven dried cherry tomatoes and fresh mint
• assorted mini tartlets filled with asiago and wild mushrooms; panchetta, green onion and fontina cheese; goat cheese and roasted red peppers
